Proposal:

Species and Location of Trees

T1.   Five mature Lime trees approximately 12m in height, situated on the front boundary with Sydenham Hill.  The trees           are a little tall and dense.

T2.   A Cypress tree approximately 15m in height, situated on the left-hand side boundary of the front garden to the rear          of a circular single-storey front extension.  The tree is too large for a small garden.

Description of Approved Works

T1.  Reduce in height by approximately 50% to previous pollarding points including the removal of dead wood and                    necessary re-shaping.

 T2.  Remove and the roots grubbed out.
