Proposal:

Species and Location of Trees

G1.        A group of Cypress hedging approximately 11m in height and 18m in length, situated to the front and side boundary.

T1.         An Ash tree approximately 14m in height, situated to the front entrance.  The tree overhangs Sydenham Hill.

Description of Approved Works

G1.        Reduce in height by up to 1m.

T1.         Crown lift to provide a 4.5m clearance above the road.
