Proposal:

Species and Location of Tree

T9.          A Yew tree approximately 10m in height, situated on the left-hand side boundary of the front garden.

T11.        A Sumach tree approximately 4m in height, situated close to the bottom left-hand corner of the rear garden.

T12.        An Evergreen Magnolia tree approximately 9m in height, situated adjacent to aa neighbouring building midway down the right-hand side boundary of the rear garden.

Description of Approved Works

T9.          Trim back from the proposed structure as necessary including the removal of dead wood and lifting of low epicormic growth.  The height and basic shape should be retained.

T11.        Remove.  A replacement tree is necessary and is to be included in the detailed landscape layout.

T12.        Remove.  A replacement tree of some stature is necessary and is to be included in the detailed landscape layout.

Details of Replacement Required

As a condition of the removals of T11 and T12 above, replacement trees are to be planted in a suitable position in the rear garden.
