Proposal:
Specie and Location of Tree
A Sycamore tree approximately 12m in height, situated at the rear of the property. The tree is dying.
Description of Approved Works
Remove with the stump being ground out or poisoned.
Details of Replacement Required
As a condition of the removal of the above, a replacement tree should be planted in a convenient location at the rear of the property and below are the three alternative species for consideration:
Ginkgo biloba (Maidenhair tree)
Betula jaquemontii (Silver Birch)
Liquidambar styraciflua (Sweet Gum)
The new tree should be planted during the November 2022 and March 2023 planting season with a stem girth of between 14-16cm at 1m above ground level and at a minimum height of 3m.
