Proposal:

Species and Location of Trees

T1.         A Copper Beech tree approximately 21m in height, situated in the front garden.  The tree is in an immediate hazardous condition.

T2.         A Lime tree (Tilia x europaea) approximately 17m in height, situated in the front garden.  The crown is growing in close proximity to the roof.

T3.         A Tulip tree (Liriodendron tulipifera) approximately 17m height, situated in the rear garden.  The crown is growing in close proximity to the roof.

Description of Approved Works

T1.         Remove.

T2.         Lateral crown rection back to suitable growth points to provide a 2m clearance from the building, retaining height and form.  Remove deadwood.

T3.         Lateral crown rection back to suitable growth points to provide a 2m clearance from the building, retaining height and form.  Remove deadwood.

Details of Replacement Required

T1.         As a condition of the removal of (T1) above, a replacement tree should be planted adjacent to the stump in the front garden and below is the agreed specie:

Tilia tomentosa               (Silver Lime)

The new tree should be planted during the October to March planting season with a stem girth of between 12-14cm.
