Species and Location of Trees

T1.          A Pittosporum tree approximately 6m in height, situated in close proximity to the house on the right-hand side boundary of the rear garden.  The tree is a little too tall.

T2.          A Bay tree approximately 7.5m in height, situated in close proximity to the house on the right-hand side boundary of the rear garden.  The tree is a little too tall and dense.

Description of Approved Works

T1.          Reduce in height by approximately 2m and the side growth trimmed back proportionally including the removal of dead wood and necessary re-shaping.  It is important to prune branches at convenient growth points where possible.

T2.          Crown thin by 20% including the removal of dead wood and necessary re-shaping as a more rounded specimen.  The height may also be reduced by up to 2mand the side growth trimmed back proportionally, it is important to prune branches at convenient growth points where possible.
