Proposal:

Species and Location of Trees

G1.        A Leylandii hedge approximately 6m in height, situated on the boundary with the flank wall of no.15.

T1.         A Scots Pine tree approximately 10, in height, situated in the rear garden.

G2.        A Beech hedge approximately 9m in height, situated on the boundary with no 1 Dovercourt Road.

Description of Approved Works

G1.        Reduce and maintain the hedge to 2m.

T1.         Lateral reduction to provide a 1.5-2m clearance from walls and roofs, retaining height and form.  Remove the two lowest branches.  Crown lift by up to 3.5m to suitable growth points.

G2         Reduce and maintain the hedge to its previous height of 3.5-4m.
