Species and Location of Trees
T1. An oak tree approximately 11m in height, situated close to the house in the centre of the front garden. The tree is a little dense and wide spreading.
T2. A deciduous Magnolia tree approximately 4m in height, situated close to the house and under the canopy of (T1) above. The tree is a little dense and wide spreading.
T3. A deciduous Magnolia tree approximately 5m in height, situated on the right-hand side boundary midway down the rear garden. The tree is a little dense and wide spreading.
T4. Three Cypress trees situated on the bottom boundary of the rear garden. The trees have formed into a mature boundary hedge at approximately 2m in height and is an important feature which should be retained.
Description of Approved Works
T1. Crown thin by 20% including the removal of any dead wood, lifting of low branches and necessary trimming back from the house. The height and basic shape should be retained.
T2. Lightly thin by 15% including the removal of any dead wood, lifting of low branches and necessary trimming back from the house. The height and basic shape should be retained.
T3. Lightly thin by 15% including the removal of water shoots and any dead wood, lifting of low branches and necessary re-shaping. The height and basic shape should be retained.
T4. The height may be reduced by up to 0.5m and the side growth clipped to a vertical face.
