Proposal:

Species and Location of Trees

T1.          A Magnolia tree approximately 7.5m in height, situated on the left-hand side of the front garden.  The tree is a little wide spreading.

T2.          A Weeping Willow tree approximately 12m in height, situated in a central location of the rear garden.  The tree is a little tall, dense and very wide spreading.

Description of Approved Works

T1.          One major bough encroaching towards the road to be trimmed back to where two vertical stems emerge in order to provide a more compact specimen.  The tree may also be lightly thinned by 5% including the removal of dead wood, lifting low branches, and trimming back branches encroaching towards the property.

T2.          Reduce in height by approximately 30% and the side growth reduced proportionally all round to create a more compact and smaller specimen.  Including the removal of dead wood, lifting of low branches, and the necessary shaping of the tree.
