Specie and Location of Tree

A Mimosa tree approximately 6m in height, situated on the right-hand corner adjacent to Turney Road.  The tree fell during recent high winds.

Description of Approved Works

Remove.

Details of Replacement Required

As a condition of the removal of the above, a replacement tree is to be planted in a nearby location of the front garden and below is the agreed alternative specie:
