Proposal:

Species and Location of Trees

T1.     A False Acacia tree approximately 12m in height, situated in the front right-hand corner of the garden adjacent to            Turney Road, the tree is a little dense and low growing.

T2.     A twin-stemmed Cypress tree approximately 12m in height, situated on the bottom boundary of the rear garden to           the left side.  The tree is far too large for a small garden.

Description of Approved Works

 

T1.     Crown thin by 20% including the removal of dead wood and necessary lifting of low branches including the removal           of one complete stem encroaching towards the front of the house.  The height and basic shape should be retained.           It is important to prune branches at convenient growth points, rather than an all-round reduction or pollarding                 which is not permitted.

 

T2.     Remove and the stump ground out.

Details of Replacement Required

 

None.  The garden is well stocked.
