Species and Location of Tree

A Castlewellan Cypress tree approximately 6m in height, situated close to the bottom right-hand corner of the rear garden.  The tree is too large for its location.

Description of Approved Works

Remove and the stump ground out.

Details of Replacement Required

As a condition of the removal of the above, a replacement tree is to be planted in a suitable location of the rear garden and below is the agreed specie:

Cornus controversa         (Wedding Cake tree)
