Species and Location of Trees

Six Cypress trees approximately 9m in height, situated on the left-hand side boundary of the front garden.  The trees are too large for their location.

Description of Approved Works

Remove taking care to retain other species on the boundary including a Holm Oak tree.

Details of Replacement Required

As a condition of the removals of the above, two replacement trees are to be planted on the left-hand side boundary of the front garden and below is the agreed specie:

Crataegus prunifolia     (Cockspur Thorn)
