Proposal:

Species and Location of Trees

T1.          Four Cypress trees approximately 5.5m in height, situated close to the house on the right-hand side boundary of the rear garden.

T2.          A group of Cypress trees approximately 5m in height, situated towards the centre of the rear garden.  The trees are poorly sited.

T3.          A Columnar Cypress tree approximately 12m in height, situated close to the house on the left-hand side boundary of the rear garden.  The tree is sited too close to the property.

T4.          A Cypress tree approximately 7.5m in height, situated in a central location close to the bottom boundary of the rear garden.  The tree is poorly sited.

Description of Approved Works

T1.          Remove and the roots grubbed out.

T2.          Remove and the roots grubbed out.

T3.          Remove and the roots grubbed out.

T4.          Remove and the roots grubbed out.

Details of Replacement Required

A minimum of 5 new trees should be planted as replacements in the next planting season between November 2021 and March 2022 with a 12-14cm girth at 1m above ground level and a minimum height of 3m.
