Proposal:

Specie and Location of Tree

A Silver Birch tree approximately 13m in height, situated centrally in the front garden.  The tree is encroaching on the house.

Description of Approved Works

The tree requires gentle trimming to give a clearance of a minimum of 1 m. Also, some of the lowest growth over the payment can be lifted by up to 2m and some minor trimming around the streetlamp to ensure light penetration. No other works are required.
