Specie and Location of Tree

A Silver Fir tree (Abies alba) approximately 12m in height, situated on the right-hand side of the front garden close to the road.  The tree is too large for its location.

Description of Approved Works

Remove.

Details of Replacement Required

As a condition of the removal of the above, a replacement tree is to be planted in a convenient location of the front garden and below is the agreed alternative specie:

Hoheria sexstylosa          (Mallow family)
