T5.          A large Robinia tree approximately 17m in height, situated in the driveway on the south side of the building.

Description of Approved Works

G1.         Remove these for safety reasons as soon as possible.  No other pruning is necessary

T2.          Raise the canopy all-round by up to 2m to improve light and the view down the garden from the house.

G3.         Sycamore tree approximately 10m in height to have canopy over the area to be thinned by 20%, Hawthorne tree approximately 3m in height to have adjacent growth reduced back by 1.5m over area and the Willow tree approximately 9m in height (further back by the boundary) to have two low branches removed and the dead wood.  The combined effect of the pruning will improve light penetration to this area.
