Proposal:

Species and Location of Trees

T1.          A Magnolia tree approximately 7.5m in height, situated to the right side of the front garden.  The tree is a little dense.

T2.          A Strawberry tree approximately 3m in height, situated in the bottom left corner of the front garden.  The tree is a little dense and wide spreading to the right.

Description of Approved Works

T1.          Lightly thin by up to 20% and re-shaped as necessary.  The height and basic shape should be retained.

T2.          Re-shape by trimming back from the right-hand side by up to 20%.  The height should remain the same.
