Proposal:

Specie and Location of Tree

A Cherry Plum tree approximately 8m in height, situated to the side garden.  The tree has fungi and decay in the upper stem and scaffold branches.

Description of Approved Works

Remove.

Details of Replacement Required

As a condition of the removal of the above, a replacement tree is to be planted in as part of proposed relandscaping in the same position and below are the three alternative species for consideration:

Magnolia                          (Magnolia spp)

Cherry                              (Prunus avium Plena)

Pear                                  (Pyrus Chanticleer)

The new tree should be planted during the November 2024 and March 2025 planting season with a stem girth of between 12-14 cm.
