Proposal:

Species and Location of Trees

T1.         A Cypress tree approximately 5m in height, situated close to the house in a central location of the rear garden.  The tree is badly sited.

T2.         A Eucalyptus tree approximately 3m in height, situated in a central location on the bottom boundary of the rear garden.  The tree is an inappropriate specie.

Description of Approved Works

T1.         Remove and the stump ground out.

T2.         Remove and the stump ground out.

Details of Replacement Required

T1.         As a condition of the removal of the above, a replacement tree should be planted in a convenient location of the rear garden and the Landscape Architect will specify an appropriate specie for approval.
