Proposal:

Species and Location of Trees

T1.          A Lilac tree approximately 3.75m in height, situated on the left-hand side boundary of the rear garden.

T2.          A Bay tree approximately 4.25m in height, situated on the right-hand side boundary, of the rear garden.  The tree is a little out of shape.

T3.          A Fig tree approximately 3.75m in height, situated on the right-hand side boundary.  The tree is a little wide spreading.

Description of Approved Works

T1.          Crown reduce by up to 15% including the removal of dead wood and necessary re-shaping.  The basic shape should be retained.  It is important to prune branches at convenient growth points where possible.

T2.          Reduce to approximately 3m and the side growth trimmed back proportionally, including the removal of dead wood and necessary re-shaping.

T3.          Crown thin by 20% including the removal of dead wood and necessary re-shaping.  A small Acer nearby should be lightly thinned.
