Species and Location of Tree

A Cherry tree approximately 5m in height, situated on the right-side boundary towards the bottom of the rear garden.  The tree is in poor health with significant dead wood.

Description of Approved Works

Remove and the roots grubbed out.

Details of Replacement Required

As a condition of the removal of the above, a replacement tree is to be planted in a convenient location of the rear garden and below are the three alternative species for consideration:

Sorbus aria ‘Majestica’                  (variety of Whitebeam)

Albizzia julibrissin                             (Silk tree)

Koelreuteria paniculata                 (Pride of India)
