Species and Location of Trees

Six semi-mature Silver Birch trees approximately 7.5m â€“ 9m in height, situated on the bottom boundary of the rear garden.  The trees are a little dense and wide spreading.

Description of Approved Works

Crown thin by 20% including the removal of dead wood, lifting low branches, and trimming back from the roof of the adjacent building.  Two trees in either corner of the rear garden can be removed if felt necessary.

Details of Replacement Required

None.  The garden is well stocked with trees.
