  • Single-storey side extension with glass canopy over side store area;
  • Alterations to elevations including painted render, alterations to front porch, replace timber windows to match, new stained-glass panel to front door, two new windows to side at first floor;
  • Replace rear bay window with flush window;
  • Loft conversion with new rear dormer and conservation roof lights to main roof;
  • Replace roof tiles to match, replace clay chimney pots and rainwater goods;
  • New side fence and gate;
  • Rear terrace and landscaping.
