• Replace all existing UPVC windows and doors with white framed aluminium with modifications to design including: new window to rear at first floor, reduced size of rear first floor window and omit first floor side window;
• Rear single-storey garden shed;
• Air source heat pump to rear garden;
• Two new roof lights to existing roofs;
• Reposition rear garden gate.
