Residential leasehold

There are around 600 leasehold properties on The Dulwich Estate - ranging from high-rise blocks such as Frobisher Court on Sydenham Hill to low-rise developments, usually of ground-floor flats with first and second floor maisonettes above. All leaseholders benefit from the Estate’s maintenance of the communal parts of these blocks and the amenity areas, that ensure the neighbourhood remains a great place to live.

In return, we ask you to pay a quarterly service charge, and keep your property in good order. We also ask you to follow some straightforward rules around alterations to your home.
