The Dulwich Estate does not have the necessary powers to remove abandoned vehicles.

We now report these matters to Southwark Council via Abandoned vehicles -Southwark Council

Southwark Council has the power to remove abandoned vehicles from private land and private roads. The council can also levy a charge to the owner of the vehicle along with any other legal action.

Please use this form to report an abandoned vehicle on a Dulwich Estate private road only. An abandoned vehicle is one that falls into one or more of the following categories:

• No valid road tax
• No valid MOT
• Is registered as SORN
• Has been left parked and unused for a period of time
• Appears wrecked or in a dangerous state or position
