A word from our Chief Executive

As ever, it is a real community effort. We are delighted there are plans to develop a wetland at Belair and to support the great work of London Wildlife Trust in Sydenham Hill and Dulwich Woods. A dedicated resident has spotted rare wild flowers thriving during No Mow May. Local pupils have been lending a hand to the Estate’s tree-plotting survey. The Estate has started two road improvement programmes which will make life better for pedestrians and cyclists by November. And we look forward to the apple harvest in the Orchard in October and an evening bat walk in Dulwich Woods in September.
