Improvements to North Parade

A planning application has now been submitted, with the Estate due to commence work in spring 2024. The pavement outside the shops will be relaid and enhanced with additional tree planting, lighting and seating. Architectural details will include Yorkstone slabs, resin bonded stone, sustainable timber bench planters and low level pollinator friendly aromatic planting. The aim is to create a more attractive pedestrian zone for shoppers and visitors.
