Main role

Providing secretarial/administrative services to:
The Scheme of Management Office

Key tasks:

To provide secretarial and administrative assistance to the Scheme of Management Office by undertaking the following tasks:

Secretarial/administrative duties will include:

  • Production of team correspondence, including, file notes, letters, agendas, minutes and other reports
  • Management of post and payment processes
  • Customer service tasks
  • Diary management
  • Assist in the production of general correspondence
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, agendas, action sheets, minutes and summary of decisions for the monthly Scheme of Management Committee meetings;
  • Assist in the preparation and issuance of Scheme of Management licences;
  • Providing cover in the office as necessary
  • Maintainance of a reminders system
  • Deal with all queries raised by owners or their agents
  • Assist with the processing of applications, registration and fees
  • Assist with the smooth and efficient operation of the office, supporting on a range of tasks as necessary
