15 December 2023Merry Christmas. As the year draws to a close, I want to take the chance to wish everyone a wonderful festive season. We are lucky to be surrounded by strong communities and in the final month of this year there are a host of celebratory events. It is a particular pleasure to see the Village Christmas Stocking back in full swing. Please support this event and shop local where you can.
This year at the Estate has been busy and rewarding. We are a unique organisation. Our ‘Scheme of Management’ which looks after the area, its trees and green spaces, while overseeing planning and development, helps make the area is as popular as it is.
I want to share my thanks for supporting the Scheme and also for bearing with us while we move away from paper processes with our new online portal. In the long term our vision is that transactions and updates about maintenance and wider communications will be shared easily and reliably, and in an environmentally friendly manner. This is an ongoing process but an important one – please do sign up for and feed back to us on where we can make improvements. Thank you to all our partners for another year of hard work and keeping the area special.
