New Controlled Parking Zone

Full details of the changes which will be enforced are available here. There will be a fortnight’s grace period of parking contraventions from this date, after which Southwark will issue Penalty Charge Notices. Parking permits for residents with a ULEZ compliant car will be £260 and for a business it will be £650 annually.
