The Old Dairy Health Centre opens on Croxted Road
06 March 2018The Rosendale Road Surgery has now moved to its new, purpose built premises at 19B Croxted Road in Dulwich, SE21. Formerly a Unigate Dairy Site, it is now called The Old Dairy Health Centre, led by Dr Rosemary Leonard, and is in full use.
The £6.9m development by The Dulwich Estate comprises a four-storey mixed use development incorporating a doctor’s surgery with five consulting rooms and two treatment rooms, a pharmacy, three additional retail spaces, and nine apartments.
Architects Panter Hudspith, appointed by The Dulwich Estate, and building contractor R. Durtnell & Sons Ltd have carried out the project to a high standard.
