Updated Scheme of Management Guidelines focus on environment
20 June 2024The Scheme of Management has updated its Guidelines for Residents to prioritise carbon reduction and energy efficiency best practice when planning home development.
From solar panels and loft extensions to satellite dishes and replacement windows, all building works on the Estate must be undertaken in line with the Scheme of Management, to protect the character of the area and the amenity of neighbours.
For the first time the new Guidelines include advice on installation of mechanical plant installations like ground source heat pumps, and also electric vehicle charging points. They can be found at thedulwichestate.org.uk. For queries go to the residents’ portal at thedulwichestate.org.uk/portal
