Proposal:

Specie and Location of Tree

A self-sown Robinia approximately 13m in height, situated at the base of a wooden fence to the rear boundary with no 100.  The tree forms part of a group of large trees and has a supressed growth.

Description of Approved Works

Fell to the ground.

Details of Replacement Required

As a condition of the removal of the above, a replacement tree is to be planted in a suitable location of the rear garden and below are the  alternative species for consideration:

Cork Oak                              (Quercus suber)

Ginkgo                                  (Ginkgo biloba)

Oak                                        (Quercus petrea)

Beech                                    (Fagus sylvatica)

Tulip tree                            (Liriodendron tulipifera)

The new tree should be planted at a minimum height of 2m.  The new tree should be planted during the November 2024 and March 2025 planting season.
