Description of Approved Works

T1.          Lightly thin by up to 15% and re-shape to form a more compact specimen.  The height and basic shape should be retained.

T2.          Crown thin by 20% including the removal of dead wood, lifting of low branches particularly over a Cherry tree on the left-side of the garden, and necessary re-shaping.  The height and basic shape should be retained.  It is important to prune branches at convenient growth points, rather than an all-round reduction or pollarding which is not permitted.

T3.          Reduce in height by up to 2m and re-shape as a more compact specimen.

T4.          Lightly thin by 15% including the removal of dead wood and necessary shortening of long lateral branches to provide a more compact specimen.  The height and basic shape should be retained.
