Dulwich Estate sustainability commitment

The Estate has published its new environmental drive to reach net zero carbon by 2050. Over the next 8 years, we will work to increase the Estate’s biodiversity and decrease our carbon footprint by 40%.

We will be engaging with residents and the local community in the coming months.
Activities include:

  • Resident engagement programme – we are speaking with Residents’
    Associations. Individual residents and traders without associations can
    reach out to us at info@thedulwichestate.org.uk to hear more and get involved
  • Scoping an electric vehicle charging plan for the Estate
  • Developing more environmentally friendly communal grounds maintenance guidelines
  • An extensive retro-fit programme for Estate-owned properties
