New shops in the Village
18 March 2024The former Biff shop in the village will undergo a full refurbishment pending agreement of a new lease. This unit is ideal for a food and drinks outlet.
Jigsaw left in February at the end of its lease and the Estate is currently marketing this unit for a suitable retail operator that will compliment other retailers in the North Parade. This unit will be temporarily used by the Dulwich festival in May 2024.
Wider improvements to the paving area on the North Parade are likely to go ahead over the summer.
